Yes, Cloverly brings all cleaning supplies, tools, and products. If you prefer we use your personal equipment or specific products, we’re happy to accommodate.
How do you determine pricing?
Our pricing is based on home size, condition, cleaning frequency, and any add‑on services requested. We believe in transparent, upfront rates, no hidden fees. You’ll receive a clear estimate before your service.
What if I have pets?
We love pets! Our team is trained to work safely and comfortably around animals. If your pets have specific needs (shy, crated, wary of vacuums), we’ll document those preferences in your Cloverly Care Profile.

Yes! We offer inside oven, refrigerator, and freezer cleaning as optional add‑ons.

Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Whenever possible, yes. We assign recurring clients a dedicated cleaning professional or team to maintain consistency and familiarity. If staffing changes occur, we’ll notify you in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and ACH payments through digital invoices. Payment is processed after the service is completed unless you’re on a recurring agreement.
Please note, we do not accept checks or cash.
Are tips included or expected?
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If you choose to leave a tip, you may provide it in cash directly to your cleaner. 100% of tips go to the cleaning professional.
What if I need an emergency or last-minute cleaning?
We offer limited priority cleanings for urgent situations. Call or email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on team availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to protect the schedules of our cleaning professionals and serve all clients efficiently.
